Gradelle 90

Genève

Nestled in the beautiful neighborhood of Chêne Bougeries and surrounded by elegant individual villas, this apartment project meets the highest standards of sophistication.

In this verdant and inspiring setting, a vernacular approach naturally emerged. Given the significant existing vegetation prior to construction, particular care was taken to restore a rich and diverse flora and to preserve the existing wooded area along the path. The green terraces facilitate a dialogue between the building and its natural environment. To the north, two recessed volumes enliven the entrance, which is also adorned with vertical greenery, resembling a suspended garden rising over eight meters in height.

The horizontal nature of the southern façade offers a contemporary and refined aesthetic, featuring large openings that extend the interior volumes onto expansive terraces.

On either side, a dynamic interplay of solid and void animates the façade. The entire structure is crowned by a penthouse clad in horizontal wood, creating a material contrast that adds lightness and harmony to the overall design.

Each interior, ranging from 90 to 330 square meters, has been customized with a keen emphasis on noble and refined materials.

Our choices of finishes and textures have been carefully considered to create a visual and tactile harmony. Natural colors and subtle patterns enrich the spaces while fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere—every detail, from the furniture to the lighting, seamlessly integrates into the overall concept.

This bespoke approach has allowed us to cater to the specific tastes of the residents, creating spaces imbued with character and style.
