Flombards

Genève
A rigorously contemporary highlight in the beautiful neighborhood of Chêne-Bougeries.

The contrast between the wooden cladding and the mineral base underscores a hyper-graphic design that leaves nothing to chance. This effect is accentuated by the treatment of the upper volume, distinct from the lower part. The thoroughly selected wood adds a rich texture and visual warmth. The horizontal slats emphasize clean lines while providing excellent weather protection.

The openings on the façade simply express the interior functions. The program encompasses three levels. The ground floor is designed as a multifunctional loft, while the upper floor, allocated to the bedrooms, is arranged longitudinally to optimize built surfaces.

The interior compositions are meticulously balanced with focused lighting and a blend of architectural forms, culminating in a harmonious and impeccable design.

Both houses benefit from a spacious patio area that defines a lower level while allowing natural light, creating the necessary intimacy between the two structures.

The design includes a high-end stainless steel swimming pool, glass flooring, a high-tech glass wine cellar and an outdoor spa area.

This project illustrates our commitment to excellence and sustainability, while meeting contemporary demands for aesthetics and functionality.
