The Comb

Genève

The Comb.

Cubes. Light.
A “living together” concept that respects each individual’s uniqueness and privacy.
Featuring a striking visual suspension of he first floor that captivates.

These objectives guided us in the creation of this ensemble of five attached houses on the outskirts of Geneva in Veyrier.

The houses stand out through the ingenious use of space, where every square meter is designed to maximize comfort and functionality.

The quadrilateral of the upper floor is positioned transversely to the ground floor, creating a visual dynamic that highlights the individuality of each built cube.

The volumes are separated by a green-roofed mass, enhancing local biodiversity what we value deeply.

Simply put, and simplified.

The connection between the interior and exterior is optimized through large openings, allowing for an abundance of natural light on every floor. An elegant line of light traverses the center, serving as a focal point for the unit.

On the first floor, a subtle recess in the glazed façades ensures privacy.

In summary, the Comb is an invitation to “living together” in an inspiring setting, combining modernity, aesthetics, and respect for the environment. This project reflects our commitment to contemporary architecture, where every detail is thoughtfully crafted to enhance quality of life.
